How CEI handles review requests.

Coastal Edge Infrastructure collects the contact, site, project, and supporting-file information you submit so we can evaluate, scope, perform, and communicate about requested services.

Information use

Submitted information is used for request qualification, project delivery, payment and delivery administration, customer support, and maintaining the project record. CEI does not sell submitted project information.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, CEI uses Google Analytics cookies to understand visits, traffic sources, public-page interactions, sample-report clicks, and successful inquiries. Google receives browser and device information and a pseudonymous browser identifier. CEI does not send the contents of your inquiry, contact details, uploaded files, or private project links as analytics events. Analytics is not loaded on the owner dashboard or private client project pages.

You can decline analytics and still use the website and submit requests. Change your choice at any time using Analytics choices in the footer. Your choice is remembered in this browser for up to 180 days. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Files and retention

Only submit information you are authorized to share. CEI retains request and project records as reasonably needed to provide the service, address follow-up questions, meet legal obligations, and protect business records. Contact CEI to request correction or deletion, subject to applicable recordkeeping needs.

Security and third parties

CEI uses service providers for website hosting, storage, payment, and communications. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
