Scope confirmation

A website request is an invitation to discuss services, not an accepted engagement. CEI confirms the review area, inputs, scope, timing, price, and applicable limitations before payment or production.

Planning-level information

CEI products synthesize available public and client-provided information for planning. They do not replace surveys, title work, engineering, environmental assessments or delineations, zoning or legal opinions, utility locates, agency determinations, or other licensed professional services.

Source limitations

Public records may be incomplete, dated, generalized, or unavailable. No mapped intersection does not establish physical absence. Conditions and official records may change after retrieval.

Preliminary Site Screen

The founding PSS offer covers one identifiable site or defined review area and one six-page PDF. Drone flight, field visits, survey-grade work, determinations, undefined corridors or portfolios, and unlimited revisions are outside that scope. The stated delivery target begins after location, scope, necessary inputs, authorization, and payment are confirmed.

Payments and cancellations

Project-specific payment, cancellation, and refund terms are provided with the confirmed scope before payment.
